What’s Brewin’? Steeped Coffee!
What are Steeped Coffee Packets?
Steeped Coffee are single serve coffee packets ideal for brewing on-the-go where lugging around all of your brewing equipment isn’t a part of your travel itinerary. Inside the fully compatible packaging is our crowd favorite blend, Eliza Furnace — the very same coffee on our retail shelves, served on drip, and roasted by hand in Pittsburgh. Once the grounds are packaged, they’re then triple nitrogen flushed to ensure freshness far beyond what you’d expect for specialty coffee.
Why Choose Steeped Packets?
We love our Steeped coffee for their ease of use — just dunk and let them sit for a few minutes, and bam — great tasting coffee! No special equipment, complicated recipes, or anything other than hot water and a mug needed. They’re super compact, making them great for traveling (specialty coffee on a plane, anyone?). The brewing possibilities are endless, you decide the concentration and strength — whether you want your coffee hot, iced, or cold brewed — and if you want it extra strong, throw an extra packet in, we don’t judge!
We love that it’s fully compostable too, no single use plastics to be tossed after every cup you enjoy.

Steeped Coffee Brew Guide:
Steeped is as simple as it gets! Follow this recipe, or try out different ones for yourself to find what you enjoy most.
Get your goodies prepped — hot water, a cup, and a packet of Steeped.
Put your packet in your cup, and fill with about 8oz of water.
Start dunking! We find about 45 seconds of dunking is the sweet spot.
Set a timer for about 6 minutes, and let your Steeped packet hang out in your cup.
After 6 minutes, give your coffee a sip. If you want it to be stronger, dunk a few more times and leave the packet in the water for another minute.
Taste, and repeat as needed — then dispose of the packet — and enjoy your fresh Steeped coffee!
