Fruit forward and sweet, this anaerobic natural coffee from Uganda highlights complex mixed berry notes and crisp acidity with a lingering chocolate dessert finish. For us, this coffee hits a real sweet spot between origin characteristics and exciting processing attributes.
Porch Weather returns for a third year, welcoming the longer days, warm weather, and the official start to iced coffee season!
This year’s blend features a bright and candy-sweet strawberry co-ferment coffee from our friends at Cofinet and producer Jairo Arcila. This is combined with a washed coffee from Colombia adding balance and structure to the cup.
We feature Porch Weather as a specialty flash-brewed iced coffee in our cafes, and chose to blend the coffees we have with iced coffee in mind (though it makes a killer pourover). Something with refreshing acidity, but not overpoweringly so, that can be enjoyed all day hot or iced.

Great for cold brew, drip and espresso, this is our most versatile coffee. A classic, rich and luscious blend made using two coffees that are outstanding on their own: A Colombian with high complexity and light, citrus acidity combined with a Brazilian with excellent body, and flavors of deep, dark chocolate and sweet toffee. The result is a deeply satisfying, classic blend—perfect in espresso drinks but also perfect as a brewed coffee for those who prefer bolder flavor, but don’t want to taste the flavor of char. This coffee is medium/dark–but still tastes fully of it’s intrinsic flavor.
Of our blends, this is one of our lightest and most complex. That is not to say it’s light on flavor. We use three different, independently-delicious coffees to create a truly unique mega-complex coffee that shines as espresso and drip alike. Our goal with this coffee is to make a coffee that everyone will love — either for the touch of acidity, caramel-like sweetness, or chocolatey aftertaste (or perhaps for all three!)

This EA processed Decaf has the sweetness and body of a great Colombian coffee without any of the caffeine. We taste chocolate and some citrus notes with a brown sugar and a touch of nutmeg.
