Medium dark, Eliza Furnace can stand up to cream, but is mellow and smooth enough that it certainly doesn’t need it. Big body, sweet and creamy mouthfeel. It is a blend of Brazil (for chocolatey sweetness) and Colombia (for a nice, bright citric acidity and clean finish).
Where is the craziest place you’ll make some coffee? An airplane? Cold at the beach? The summit of a 14er? At your in-laws??? (Gasp!)
