Porch Weather returns for a third year, welcoming the longer days, warm weather, and the official start to iced coffee season!
This year’s blend features a bright and candy-sweet strawberry co-ferment coffee from our friends at Cofinet and producer Jairo Arcila. This is combined with a washed coffee from Colombia adding balance and structure to the cup.
We feature Porch Weather as a specialty flash-brewed iced coffee in our cafes, and chose to blend the coffees we have with iced coffee in mind (though it makes a killer pourover). Something with refreshing acidity, but not overpoweringly so, that can be enjoyed all day hot or iced.
